- Development of Information Management Systems using Technology from Oracle and i2
The primary activity of RDTEX is the development of complex custom information-analytic systems using Oracle and i2. The Development Center carries out projects in various specializations. The activity of RDTEX developers includes all stages of a project: pre-project research, planning, development, testing and support of working systems.
- Financial Applications for Banks and Insurance Companies
The Development Center also deploys out-of-the-box solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite. The Development Center develops complex systems for large financial institutions using Oracle Financial Services Applications (OFSA) - for automating financial accounting systems, budgeting, risk management and analysis. RDTEX specialists developed the OFSA add-on module "Central Bank Reports" for the automated preparation of reports required by the Central Bank from credit institutions and "Insurance Reserve" for the automation of calculating and modeling insurance reserve funds, and others.
- IT-Consulting
RDTEX specialists provide consulting on strategic planning of Information Systems, the selection of turnkey solutions and building the organizational and technological infrastructure for managing IT services for the enterprise. IT consultants use the methods of leading consulting firms (CI, SISP, PM, DWM) adapted to Russian conditions.
- Sales of Oracle Software Licenses
RDTEX was the first official Russian distributor for Oracle. Since its founding in 1992 RDTEX has productively worked with large government and commercial organizations throughout Russia. RDTEX's sales staff are high class professionals who work individually with each client. Based on long experience working in this market, our sales staff configures the optimal specification for Oracle licenses, taking into account the current needs of the client, forecasted growth and the peculiarities of the Oracle licensing rules.
- Training
In our authorized Oracle and i2 Training Centers RDTEX holds courses in the basic technology and tools for Oracle development, and also the technology underpinning of i2. Our experience allows us to create our own courses - on the information security of Oracle, project management, information consulting for IT managers and others. New technologies are presented by RDTEX at free seminars. RDTEX instructors are constant participants in projects involving the creation, deployment and support of information systems.
- Technical Support Center
The Tech Support Center at RDTEX is authorized by Oracle Corporation. In addition to standard services of support for Oracle software products (technical consulting by phone and e-mail, software updates), RDTEX offers additional services of extended and round-the-clock tech support.
Based on our 25 years experience in applying Oracle technology, specialists in the Tech Support Center, our Tech Support specialists provide Technical Consulting, which includes a package of services directed at the effective use of Oracle, and also extended tech support - a "subscription" for the solution of problems related to Oracle software. In 2008 RDTEX obtained the right to lend technical support of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Competency Center for Oracle Real Application Clusters
The RDTEX Competency Center was organized in 2002 and since then has annually renewed its status. The primary goal of the center is the support of Oracle Real Applications Clusters - the creation of scalable and fault tolerant, high availability systems. Specialists from the center provide free consulting on the conversion of the clients systems to Oracle RAC technology, testing on RDTEX's cluster equipment, which is also used for practical classes in the authorized Oracle course on RAC given by the RDTEX Training Center.
- Translation and Sales of Oracle Technical Documentation
From the moment of its creation, RDTEX specialists have worked on the translation of Oracle documentation. The company has "russified" more than 150 Oracle manuals and guides.

Since 1999 Oracle has conducted business in the CIS and Mongolia only through partners. In turn all issues regarding entering the partner network are resolved through Oracle distributors (VAD - Value Added Distributor).
